These creamy Honey Pecan Cheese Balls are incredibly easy to make in only 15 min! They are my favorite make ahead holiday appetizers to impress guests!

Ingredients
10ozgoat cheese
6ozcream cheese
2teaspoonscinnamon
3tablespoonshoney, plus extra for garnish
1tablespoonbrown sugar, optional
2cupsdiced pecans, divided

Instructions
In a large bowl, beat together the goat cheese, cream cheese, cinnamon and honey until light and fluffy. Add 1/2 cup pecans, folding to combine. Set aside.
Line your countertop with parchment paper and make a pile of the remaining diced pecans in the center of the parchment paper.
Using a large cookie scoop, scoop out one round of cheese filling and toss to coat in the pecans. Continue until all mini cheese balls have been rolled in coating. If you have any questions, watch the video below to see how I easily do this step!
Refrigerate cheese balls until ready to serve. You can make these up to two days before, just make sure and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
To Serve: Drizzle truffles with honey, if desired. Serve with crackers, warm crostini or as is with a toothpick (or pretzel stick)!

Store: Transfer the cheese balls to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.One Large Cheese Ball: If you prefer to save time and make one large cheese ball instead, you will only need 1/2 cup diced pecans for rolling the cheeseball.
